His strong performance led to a promotion to Assistant Manager on January 1, 2016, where he supported project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staff management. On July 1, 2017, Latul Hasan was promoted to Manager, a role he held until December 28, 2022. As Manager, he led project meetings with engineers, architects, and contractors, and managed the entire project life cycle from planning to delivery. His leadership and dedication were critical to the successful completion of numerous projects.
